Greetings and Salutations!

Hi everyone! I am new to this game, but my wife and two sons play here! They asked me several questions about subscriptions and I figured I would post here to ask them!

1. My son accidently deleted his 1 year subscription hat because when he looked in his inventory, he thought it was a normal piwi hat, can anything be done?

2. Each of their accounts, when they subscribed, said it gave the 1 year item plus two token symbol things. What are those tokens, and what can they do with them?

3. They all signed up within the last two weeks, and apparently found out later, there is a recruit a friend program. Since they were all placed on my credit card, is there a way to link them as friends to one of the accounts, for the bonuses?

4. My other son heard of a game called Wakfu that uses the same classes, are these two games linked in some way? If so, would it be prudent for me to wait on my subscription, or, does a subscription cover both games, and or how does this work?
